The infamous Barker house  On January 8, 1935, FBI agents surrounded the home of gang matriarch Kate “Ma” Barker and her son Fred. After an intense shootout lasting several hours, Ma and Fred succumbed to the hail of bullets. Legend has it Ma still haunts her former home and harbors an intense hatred of law enforcement. Here’s a story from a retired police officer who encountered Ma on the 70th anniversary of her death. “I’m a retired police officer, and in January 2005, I attended the annual Ma Barker shoot-out re-enactment done in downtown Ocklawaha, Florida. Officials had built a small home front to depict a house that looked similar to Ma’s real place. I asked a Deputy where the real home was, he reluctantly gave me the location, and I went to visit it.  A reader writes: “This was taken on Halloween at the Guildhall Ghost Hunt Night, the first one I’ve ever been to. My friend took the photo looking out from the old prison cell shower block. I was amazed. We are going to another haunt night on Friday, and I’m going to take some myself and maybe take a video recorder, too.” What do you think of the images?  A St. Louis paranormal research group believes the photo above shows a ghostly woman at the infamous Lemp Mansion. Do you think they’re right? The Lemp family made their fortune in beer, dominating the St. Louis beer market with the Lemp Brewery and Falstaff brand beer. However, depression plagued the prominent family, and three Lemps committed suicide in the family home between 1904 and 1949. A fourth Lemp shot herself in a separate residence. Today, the Lemp Mansion is a restaurant and inn, not to mention one of America’s most haunted homes. Tales of ghostly knocks, phantom footsteps, disembodied voices, and sightings of a deformed spirit in the attic are just a few of the strange events said to occur at the historic property.

 No list of creepy church ghost sightings caught on camera would be complete without this famous photo of The White Lady of Worstead Church. The photo was captured in 1975, by Peter Berthelot while visiting Worstead Church in Norfolk, England. The woman in the yellow dress is Peter’s wife, Diane and neither of the two noticed the ghostly figure sitting behind Diane until a friend pointed it out whilst thumbing through the photos some months later. The following year the couple returned to Worstead Church where they showed the photo to Reverend Pettit, the church vicar. The Reverend immediately recognized the apparition as The White Lady. He explained to the couple that she was a kind, healing soul and that she was a resident of the church who had been seen in the area for more than 100 years.

This photo was taken by a Mr Bootman while visiting a church in the village on Eastry, England. Bootman claims that when he took the photo the only other person present in the church was the cleaning lady. When the image was first developed it was thought that it showed the ghost of a vicar who had once resided over the church. Could it be possible? The figure certainly appears to be praying. His head is bowed, hands are clasped and he has a solemn look on his face. What do you think?   Douglas Tipold is a fire fighter in the town of Gary, Indiana. He never expected that a photo taken to document the scene of a fire would turn into something paranormal. Tipold was waiting for his fellow firefighters to prepare a hose when he decided to pull out his phone to snap a photo documenting the fire for evidence. He was busy attempting to put out the blaze and didn’t give the photo a second look. However, when his wife saw the photo, she noticed something shocking: the figure of a man standing in the window, outlined by bright orange flames.  Redditor donaldamandam always suspected that something strange was going on in their childhood home. Odd noises and mysteriously moved objects were just a few of the bizarre experiences that led them to believe their house was haunted. When their sister snapped these scary ghost photos, the whole family became believers. The Redditor’s sister was alone in her room with a friend when she took these two photos seconds apart with a digital camera. In one photo, she used a flash. In the other, she didn’t.   This photo was taken at the Jerome Grand Hotel in Arizona. My gf and I took this photo while staying there about 5 months ago. We took over 700 photos, and happen to capture this spirit. Keep in mind, there was NOBODY in the hall and we did not see this entity while taking the photo…

  There is very little information about this photo other than it was taken in Big Spring, Texas. It paints a very disconcerting picture nonetheless. Whether it’s the grainy quality of the image or the fact that it was captured at night, the little girl has a ghostly look about her. Then there’s the startled buck. With its keen ability to sense danger, surely it would have heard the girl approaching long before she got this close. It is almost as if the little girl just appeared there without making a sound. If you look closely, the lower half of the girl also appears to transparent. You can see the ground right through her dress!

A man was going through his photos from last year's hunting season and found this pic. He says the trail cam is activated by movement yet there were no pics of the entity anywhere else except in this photo. If it were a person there would have been several photos where the person entered into the vision field of the camera, yet only this photo was taken. The area in which this photo was taken is on private hunting property miles from any residential areas in Northern Michigan.

England's Raynham Hall has been said to be haunted by the original owner, Lady Dorothy Ghost? Townsend, since 1835. This picture, taken nearly 100 years after that, remains to this day to be one of the most iconic ghost pictures.

Known as one of the most haunted homes in America, the plantation offers up the legend of Chloe, the ghost of a slave who was captured on camera by the National Geographic Explorer film crew in 1992. Other spirits have been caught on camera as well.
